Bristol, Staple Hill We're looking to rent out our third double unfurnished bedroom in our house in Staple Hill. The room is downstairs but on a quiet road. We're both in our 20's and work monday to friday. We love having friends round or going to the pub at the weekend, but the house is quieter in the week due to work. We're looking for someone who enjoys having a good time, is fun, good humoured but also is responsible, considerate and clean. We are both smokers, but the house is non smoking, we go outside or use the conservatory. The house is in Staple Hill, North Bristol. It's 2 mins walk from the high street, which has pubs, shops, take aways etc. Easy and frequent bus routes into the city centre - or about 15 mins drive (out of rush hour!)
