Displaying first 2 rooms to let and rent in near Town Centre

Brighton, near Town Centre I'm moving out due to personal reasons and need someone to take over my contract asap so the room is available NOW. The house is on The Avenue near moulsecomb campus, about 4 mins walk from cockroft building with a bus stop right outside the front door (the 49a - a frequent bus from town) and a corner shop about 2 mins down the road where you can get a bus to town. The moulsecoomb train station is roughly 6 mins walk away. There are 5 other housemates, 1 girl and 4 guys (four first years and one second year) who are really easy to live with. There are 2 shared bathrooms, both with showers, a shared kitchen with 2 ovens and a dishwasher, a large tv with virgin media and dvd player, fast internet, landline, a large driveway and a decent sized garden with a shed. The room is upstairs and the at the front of the house with a bed, wardrobe, desk and lots of plug sockets. The rest of the house is also fully furnished. The rent is £81 per week (£350 per month,) although there is also a fully refundable deposit to give the estate agents before moving in, the monthly bills are around £20 (for tv license, phoneline, internet, water and tv) and the electricity is on a prepay meter in the kitchen.
