There is a single bed with bedding provided. No television. You will have to get one yourself if you desire one. THE RENT: The monthly fee includes all bills, rent, council tax, utility bills, broadband, tv licence, skyTV in the lounge etc. It does NOT include food, washing tablets and toiletries. You will have full access to the lounge, bathroom and kitchen. There is also a small shed that you can use to store things as i dont use it. Smokers are allowed, but can't smoke in the flat, they have to go outside to smoke. Although there is no off road parking there is ample room for cars to park on the road near to the flat. In theory you only need to bring yourself to the flat as everything you need is here. The only thing i would advise is maybe buy or find a small freezer box so you can store your own food separately.
