Basingstoke and Deane, CHINEHAM Hi - Im looking for a female to rent my second bedroom in my ground floor flat in Chineham. The flat is opposite the local one-stop shop, off licence and pharmacy and a 3 minute walk from the Chineham Arms pub. Chineham 24hrs Tescos and shopping centre is a short walk or 2 minute drive away,and Basingstoke town centre is a 5 minute drive away. The rent will be £360 pcm all in, and the room comes with wireless internet access and your own Sky TV via multi room. The room is a very good size, able to fit a double bed and still have room, comes with wardrobe, new carpet, curtains and chest of draws. I have a private small garden ideal for sunbathing and there is plenty of parking. I have not bought the bed yet so if you have your own no probs, if not, il get my wallet out. I have a washing machine but no dryer but there is private communual drying area with clothes lines etc. I am a professional working in Fleet and the room will be available from 10th September, my last flat mate has moved out as getting married.
